My parked car was hit, insurance claimed it a total loss. Now I have no car. Can insurance give me money for a down payment?

Answer: An insurer in Arizona is required to pay “fair market value” for your car. If you owed nothing on your car, hopefully that gets you money for a new car or down payment. If you were upside down, it probably gets you nothing for a down payment.

Remember, Phoenix personal injury law can sometimes be very complex. It is very important to seek an Attorney in Phoenix that has handled cases similar to yours in the past and who has had experience. Protect your rights.
